Mr. Suresh Satri
Mr. Suresh Satri is a dynamic personality, born & brought up in Mumbai, had completed his education from Mumbai university in March 1979. He had rich experience of 27 years since his college days. He started his career working with a partnership firm. In 1986 Mr. Suresh Satri started his own partnership firm named Constro Systems.

Since 1986 till date Mr. Suresh Satri has handled many projects all over India, one of the major project is

In the field of construction Mr. Suresh Satri has developed tunnel forms and slip forms since 1997 till date and had good experience to development of tunnel forms, bridge form and other any type of specialized equipments.

He has achieved monopoly in development of Tunnel Forms, Slip forms and Dam Forms.

In 1992 he designed and supervised a complete Steel Shuttering system for making in-situ concrete buildings at the same speed as a prefab building. The entire system was made from cold formed sections using light props, drop-heads, steel wall and column-forms. The entire floor including walls, beams columns and slab was cast in one go. The Project was Yellahanka Phase IV in Bangalore. It catapulted Nagarjuna Constructions from a 180 million company to1000 million company.

Around 1995 he designed the slip form system to cast tapered, rectangular and round piers for some of the tallest bridges on the Konkan Railway Project.
In 2000 designed and supervised the tapered, rectangular, sloping piers for KR.Puram Cable Stayed bridge at Bangalore. The Self Climbing system was similar in principle to the Peri Climbing system.

From 2000 to 2003 the Surat Manor Tollway Project was in progress on the west coast of India. Out of a total of 22 major bridges, the staging system for no less then 10 bridges was designed by me. The bridges had multiple spans, some were continuously pre-stressed box girders.

Since 2003 till date he have designed more then a hundred self propelled, hydraulic operated tunnel lining formworks for various projects such as Nathpha Jakri and Koldam in Himachal Pradesh. The latter were two 16 m. Horse-shoe tunnels 1 km long to divert the Sutlej river. 4 sets were used.

Since 2006 he is interpreting the Euro codes and Australian codes and for making Indian scaffolding exports compliant with the same.

Since 2007 he is involved in designing all the staging and shuttering required to complete the residential tower for Mukesh Ambani; the 160m. “Antilia” building at Mumbai. This involved 23 m. tall 1.6m dia columns sloping at 17 degrees [We achieved an accuracy of 3-4 mm.] and a 60m. high cup-lock staging to support beams and slabs having a cantilever of 11 meters. The contract is just completed with the casting of the Helideck last Month.

He was invited by SGB to study the application of their Alluminium Shoring System branded GASS and attended a 10 day workshop at East London.
